SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased from PSPOWERS.

A. Scope of Shipping

PSPOWERS provides shipping services across India for all EV spare parts listed on the website. Orders are processed and dispatched through third-party logistics partners selected based on delivery efficiency and service reliability.

B. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. PSPOWERS reserves the right to delay processing in case of unforeseen circumstances such as stock verification, technical issues, or operational constraints.

C. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and delivery location:

  • Flat ₹180 for orders up to 1 kg

  • ₹80 per kg for orders exceeding 1 kg

The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before order confirmation. PSPOWERS reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.

D. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are between 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination. However, delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

E. Shipment Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via SMS or email. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment status using the provided tracking link.

F. Delivery Conditions

Customers must ensure accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. PSPOWERS shall not be liable for delivery failures due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package.

G. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If a package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:

  1. Refuse acceptance of the package

  2. Immediately notify PSPowers with supporting images/videos

Failure to report such issues at the time of delivery may limit eligibility for claims.

H. Delays and Liability

PSPOWERS shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond its control. However, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure timely delivery.
