can electric scooters go uphill?

yes, electric scooter can go uphill but it depends upon the system, like a type of powertrain, power(w), supply voltage.
the practical experiment proves that the range from 250w to 500w motor is not capable of climbing uphill but it also depends on how much “rated voltage” is applied to the motor. if the voltage is 48v then it is impossible to go uphill because it can not produce high torque.
the possibility increases when the voltage is above 48v. like 60v, 72v
so the overall answer is, select a electric scooter that has a supply voltage of more than 48v and power should be above 500w
