Return & Refund Policy

Section 1 – Introduction

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping, returns, and refunds applicable to purchases made on the PSPOWERS website. It covers both physical products, such as EV spare parts and electronics, and digital products like online courses. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Section 2 – Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched via reputed courier services across India. Estimated delivery time ranges between 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping location. Tracking details are provided once the order is shipped. PSPOWERS is not liable for shipping delays caused by logistics providers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

Section 3 – Return Eligibility (Physical Products)

We accept return requests only for physical products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. The return request must be submitted within 2 days of product delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals provided with the product. To initiate a return, customers must email us with their order ID, a detailed reason for return, and supporting photographs (if applicable). Returns initiated beyond the 2-day window may not be accepted.

Section 4 – Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used electronic components
  • Batteries and consumables
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products without original packaging

Online courses or digital content once accessed are strictly non-returnable.

Section 5 – Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes our quality check. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, customers may choose between a full refund or store credit.

Refunds are not applicable in cases of:

  • Delayed delivery due to courier issues
  • Furthermore, no return will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Downloaded or accessed online content
Section 6 – Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our customer support. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, request a return once the item is delivered, in accordance with our return policy.
